To join the KFL as a team, please fill out the attached form and send it to the KFL. One of our representatives will then contact you. If you are an individual player looking to join a team, please click on the player registration tab at the bottom of this page to submit your registration.

New team registration checklist Submit the completed REGISTRATION FORM. It is important that we receive your waiver along with your registration to be accepted. Preferred methods are download/ complete/email, but they can also be dropped off at the registration office. No phone registrations will be accepted. The above is what needs to be done if you are applying to join the tournament. The items below can be completed at any time before the first match, once your team is accepted.

PLAYER ROSTER

It is best to submit these forms once your team is officially accepted

(Notification is 4 weeks before the first match).

This form must be submitted via two methods:

Send an email electronically to Kiskeyafl@gmail.com (fully completed

except for the Signature). This form can be found online, with all instructions

A printed version must be turned in to KFL (with parent/player signature)

before the player(s) can play.

If both versions of the Player List/Waiver form are not received, the team will not be allowed to

play. We suggest sending the electronic version 4 weeks in advance.
